Vaig tenir l'honor i el privilegi de participar en la reunió anual del Colectivo 21º Brix format pels millors pastissers de l'estat. Vaig col·laborar amb l'increïble Rafa Delgado (cap de pastisseria de Jubany, membre del colectivo 21º Brix, Chocolate Ambassadors Club i ambaixador de Chocovic) per crear la seva presentació amb xocolata, el motiu era la Pascua i vam treballar sota el briefing de religió i infants, i per aquest motiu vam buscar dos elements representatius: el triàngle com a forma geomètrica que representa la divinitat i el joc com element que respresenta els infants.
El número tres és el protagonista absolut: el triangle, els jocs arquitectònics que creen tres dimensions, els tres tipus de chocolata, etc.
La Revista Dulcypass va publicar un reportatge de la Festa de la Xocolata.
I had the honor and the privilege to participating in the annual meeting of the Colectivo 21º Brix formed by the best pastry chefs of the state. I collaborated with the incredible Rafa Delgado (pastry chef of Jubany, member of the 21º Brix group, Chocolate Ambassadors Club and Chocovic's ambassador) to create his presentation with chocolate, the reason was Easter and we worked for Religious and children's briefing, and for this reason we looked for two representative elements: Triangle as a geometrical form that represents divinity and play as an element that children represent.
The number three is the absolute protagonist: the triangle, the architectural games that create three dimensions, the three types of chocolate, etc.
Revista Dulcypass published a report of the Chocolate Party.
